Route 3 : 350 km, a journey of around 6-7 hours from Delhi via Hapur, Gajraula, Moradabad, Tanda, Dariyal, Bajpur-Kaladhungi, Nainital, Bhowali, Khutani Gate towards Padampuri till village Chanfi. Though this is a scenic route, it should be avoided due to the traffic congestion within Nainital.

From Bhimtal take U-turn at Khutani Gate towards Padampuri cross small iron bridge at village Chanfi (4 km after Khutani Gate) and turn left on the dirt road BETWEEN the shops and the dhaba (Kalsa river view dhaba). Proceed for 1 km on the dirt road till you reach the suspension bridge (Jhoola Pul) at the dead end. This is the meeting point with Soulitude staff. The property is reached via a 30-minute trek through a country side trail.

From Bhimtal take U-turn at Khutani Gate towards Padampuri for about 8 km until you cross the 6 km to Padampuri milestone. Drive slowly for about 500 meters until you see the Soulitude sign on the left. This is the meeting point with Soulitude staff. The property is reached via a 20-30 minutes downhill trek on a trail through the pine forest. The return trek is a steep uphill climb for 30-45 minutes.
Best Option: New Delhi Kathgodam Shatabdi Express (12040) leaves New Delhi Railway Station at 06:00 am and arrives at Kathgodam at 11:40 am. The car journey from Kathgodam to Soulitude takes 1 hour 15 minutes. On return, the train (12039) leaves Kathgodam at 15:35 pm and arrives at New Delhi Railway Station at 21:05 pm.
